Clear, brilliant pale gold. Aromas of ripe fruits (baked apple, quince, peach syrup, backed by autolytic (fine pastry, vanilla) notes. Intense attack, flavors of ripe green and stone fruits (apple and peach), kernel (hazelnut), voluminous with good balance. Creamy mousse. Fine, distinguished finish.
