Modern and ecological that pretends to put the cava to a consumer without complexes, where freshness and finesse are near, where each glass incites the next one.
Citric and mineral nose. Close to a balance more based on the acidity of the cava, in the honesty of the purity this blend is disgorged without the added sweetness.
🍽️ GASTRONOMY
The characteristic of this cava is that it can be paired with subtle products, from soft cheese to fruit salads, and at the same time, it can be used to add flavours to greasier dishes such as risotto or blue fish.
Serve between 6 – 8 ºC.
